We pour and finish the concrete slab, patio, and any masonry footings. We coordinate with your outdoor-kitchen builder or mason (or refer one) so the slab is sized, sloped, and located correctly for the kitchen structure and utilities.

What size patio do I need for an outdoor kitchen?

We recommend at least 12 by 16 feet for a grill and seating, and larger if you want a dining table, island, or fireplace. We’ll help you size the slab to your layout during the estimate.

Will grease and food stains ruin the concrete?

Not if it’s sealed. We apply a stain-resistant sealer designed for outdoor kitchens, and we recommend resealing every 2 to 3 years. Spills wipe up easily off a sealed surface.

Can the slab support a masonry fireplace?

Yes. We engineer the slab (and a separate footing if required) for the weight of a masonry fireplace or fire pit, including the heat isolation the structure needs.
